How does Zomato/Swiggy reconciliation work?

Connect your Zomato Partner and Swiggy Restaurant Dashboard accounts. AskBooks fetches settlement statements and matches each payout against your order records. Commission, TCS (Tax Collected at Source), packaging charges, and cancellation adjustments are broken out line by line. You see the exact delta — and why it exists — in seconds.

Can I print KOTs to multiple printers simultaneously?

Yes. Map menu categories to any number of ESC/POS printers. A single order from T4 can simultaneously print mains at the hot kitchen, drinks at the bar, and desserts at the pastry station — each with only the relevant items. Modifiers, quantities, and special instructions print clearly at each station.

How does recipe costing work for a multi-outlet chain?

Define recipes at the master menu level. Individual outlets can override portion sizes for local variations. When you record a raw material purchase at any outlet, the food cost % for affected dishes updates across that outlet's menu. Consolidated food cost % rolls up to the chain P&L view in real time.

Does it work for cloud kitchens with multiple brands?

Yes — designed for multi-brand cloud kitchens. Each brand gets its own menu, its own Zomato/Swiggy listings, and its own P&L. Inventory is pooled at the kitchen level. You see which virtual brand is most profitable, which aggregator channel drives the most margin, and where your kitchen capacity is going.

What happens to reservations and pre-orders?

Table reservations can be created with guest name, cover count, and time slot. Reserved tables show on the floor plan with a clock icon. Walk-ins are assigned to free or reserved tables. Pre-orders (e.g. Eid special thali) can be created as advance orders with prepayment recorded against the booking.
